X80 φ1422mm Large Diameter Low-cost Seamless Steel Pipe
In order to realize the low cost of X80, φ1422mm seamless pipe without relying on the addition of alloy to realize the manufacturing of ignized material, a new low-cost X80, φ1422mm seamless pipe production process was jointly developed with some authoritative scientific research institutions to improve the technical level of the product. Our new products can fully meet the relevant standards and engineering requirements.
Why do we develop new production processes?
Traditional processes require higher costs: The high strength seamless tube is strengthened by the addition of alloy, and several pieces are strengthened by solid melting and precipitation, so as to improve the strength, but the cost of alloy increases accordingly
Due to the high content of carbon and alloying elements, the resulting problem is the high carbon equivalent of steel, which brings difficulties to the improvement of low temperature impact performance, corrosion resistance and welding performance of steel tube
